Peterson American Company has been involved in the automotive industry since Norwegian-born August C. Peterson came to Detroit and started his first spring manufacturing firm in 1914. In the nearly 100 years since, Peterson Spring divisions have continued to pioneer new innovations in design, metallurgy and manufacture of automotive springs.
